Oversee daily cash operations to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs. Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts to support planning and budgeting. Monitor cash positions across all accounts and ensure efficient fund allocation. Execute daily funding and financing decisions based on cash requirements. Manage and maintain strong relationships with banks to support business operations and financing needs. Administer all banking facilities, including overdrafts, credit lines, term loans, bank guarantees, and trade finance instruments. Coordinate the establishment, renewal, and amendment of banking facilities in line with company requirements. Prepare and submit all required documentation for facility applications, renewals, and bank reviews. Monitor facility utilization, limits, and availability to ensure optimal use of funds. Ensure compliance with all facility terms, covenants, and agreements, addressing any risks proactively. Negotiate with banks to secure competitive interest rates, fees, and favorable terms. Monitor bank charges and optimize banking costs where possible. Oversee daily banking operations and ensure accurate recording of all transactions. Manage debt schedules, repayments, and interest obligations. Monitor loan covenants and ensure full compliance with financing agreements. Prepare regular reports on debt positions and financing activities. Optimize returns on surplus cash through appropriate short-term investment strategies. Assess and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange exposure and interest rate fluctuations. Support hedging strategies and risk mitigation initiatives where applicable. Prepare cash flow reports, treasury reports, and corporate financing summaries. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support efficient tax planning and filings. Maintain accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial transactions. Support month-end closing activities and provide required reports for audits and internal reviews. Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of all bank accounts. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in bank statements and transactions. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, reports, and supporting documentation. Provide recommendations to improve cash management, profitability, and financial efficiency. Strengthen internal controls and treasury processes to ensure audit readiness. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Oversee treasury systems, payment processes, and cash management tools. Prepare interest analysis and financial cost reports for management. Support strategic financial initiatives and perform other duties as required. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in treasury, banking, or finance roles. Strong knowledge of banking facilities, cash management, and financial instruments. Experience in dealing with banks and managing credit facilities is essential. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Fluency in English is required.
