The role requires strategic oversight of funding activities, risk management, and financial reporting to support the organization's operational and growth objectives.Key AccountabilitiesOversee daily treasury operations including cash positioning, liquidity management, and fund transfersMonitor and forecast short-term and long-term cash flow requirements for operational and project needsManage banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities, loans, and banking servicesOptimize working capital and recommend strategies to improve cash conversion cyclesManage bank account administration including openings, closures, and signatory updatesMonitor and execute intercompany fund transfers and settlementsPrepare and review treasury reports, cash flow statements, and bank reconciliationsIdentify and mitigate financial risks including currency, interest rate, and credit risksEnsure compliance with internal treasury policies and external regulatory requirementsImplement and maintain internal controls over treasury activitiesPrepare treasury-related disclosures for internal and external auditsSupport month-end and year-end closing processes related to treasury activitiesDevelop and implement treasury policies, procedures, workflows, and KPIsRecommend and implement treasury management system enhancementsAssist in arranging project financing and corporate funding as requiredMonitor debt obligations, interest payments, and compliance with loan agreementsPrepare borrowing base reports and covenant compliance certificatesKnowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field7 to 10 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate financeExperience in construction companies is requiredWillingness to relocate to Saudi ArabiaIFRS knowledge is a plusStrong knowledge of banking products, treasury instruments, and risk managementProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP experience is a plus
