As the architects behind Nafeza, Egypt’s National Single Window for Foreign Trade, we’ve taken on the monumental task of consolidating and automating the country’s entire trade ecosystem into one highperformance, unified platform.Role Overview:The Senior UX Designer will craft seamless, user-centered experiences, turning research insights into practical designs while collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive impactful solutionsDuties and Responsibilities:Translating user research insights into design strategyDesigning complex user flows, wireframes, and prototypesCollaborating with product and engineering on design feasibilityPresenting design rationale to stakeholders and leadershipConducting testing to validate solutions and improve experienceGuiding the implementation of accessibility and UX best practicesSupporting the creation and evolution of design systemsAligning UX work with product goals and business KPIsAdvocating for users throughout the design and delivery processQualifications:Required:BSC degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Applied/Fine Arts;5–8 years of experience in UX or product designFigma - AdobeXD deep experienceAdobe Photoshop / Illustrator hands onHotjar or similar user behaviors visualizing toolsStrong portfolio of complex UX projects and system designExperience with design systems, information architecture, and multichannel journeysConfidence conducting and applying user research insightsSkilled in prototyping, wireframing, and interaction designAbility to balance business goals and user needsStrong stakeholder communication and collaboration skillsFamiliarity with agile environments and product delivery cyclesPreferred:Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work productsCan operate independently or with minimum supervisionAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologiesExcellent Written and Communication SkillsPowered by JazzHRIFiOnfBzXx
