Senior UX Researcher

JOB TITLESenior UX Researcher | MAF Retail | Retail Corporate EgyptROLE SUMMARYThe Senior UX Researcher will lead our efforts in understanding the complex interplay between users and our products, employing a blend of advanced research methods to deliver strategic insights that inform product direction. The role holder will play a pivotal role in driving UX innovation and ensure that our user research is at the forefront of the industry.ROLE PROFILELead and manage full UX research projects from planning, execution, to delivering final insights that support product decisions.Analyze user data (qualitative & quantitative) and convert complex findings into clear recommendations that improve user experience.Establish and improve research standards, processes, and ResearchOps practices to ensure consistency and high-quality output.Prepare detailed documentation for all research activities, including methodologies, insights, and actionable recommendations.Design and run different types of experiments such as A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other validation methods to optimize product features.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior researchers, supporting their development and improving overall team capability.Act as a strong advocate for UX research by promoting data-driven and user-centric decision-making across all product stages.Work closely with product, design, and business teams, ensuring alignment and clearly communicating research insights to stakeholders.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.4+ years of UX research experience with a strong project portfolio (preferably e-commerce).Strong expertise in qualitative & quantitative UX research methodologies and tools.Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Strong English proficiency (Arabic is a plus).WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
