Job Summary:The Senior Warehouse Specialist is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient handling of inventory, storage, and order fulfillment activities within the company warehouse. The role requires maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, workplace safety, and compliance with company procedures while supporting the achievement of operational KPIs.Key Responsibilities: Oversee and execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory movement, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock handling and storage procedures are consistently followed.Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts while identifying and resolving inventory discrepanciesCoordinate with purchasing, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely product availability.Monitor warehouse productivity and ensure operational targets and KPIs are achieved. Support and guide warehouse staff in daily operations and ensure adherence to company procedures. Ensure products are stored according to company standards and maintain warehouse organization.Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation, reports, and inventory records.Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational errors. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene standards, and occupational health and safety regulations.Report operational issues and recommend corrective actions when required. Bachelor’s degree is required.3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field. Previous experience in FMCG, retail, cosmetics, or distribution environments is preferred. Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory control procedures. Experience using ERP systems and warehouse management systems is preferred. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
