Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.Job Summary:The Senior Workforce Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles, ensuring timely hiring to meet business needs. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with external vendors, while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar positionsSource candidates through multiple channels including vendors, job boards, referrals, and walk-insScreen and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitabilityCoordinate and manage relationships with recruitment vendors to ensure consistent candidate flowTrack and report hiring progress, pipeline status, and challengesEnsure timely closure of vacancies in line with business requirementsMaintain a strong candidate database for ongoing and future hiring needsSupport onboarding activities when needed (documentation, joining coordination, etc.)Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processRequirements:2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in blue-collar or mass hiringExperience in managing recruitment vendors is a strong advantageStrong sourcing and interviewing skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environmentGood communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldThank you for considering Bosta as your next career step.
