Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.Job Summary: The Senior Workforce Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles, ensuring timely hiring to meet business needs. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with external vendors, while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar positionsSource candidates through multiple channels including vendors, job boards, referrals, and walk-ins.Screen and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.Coordinate and manage relationships with recruitment vendors to ensure consistent candidate flow.Track and report hiring progress, pipeline status, and challenges.Ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with business requirements.Maintain a strong candidate database for ongoing and future hiring needs.Support onboarding activities when needed (documentation, joining coordination, etc.).Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Requirements:2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in blue-collar or mass hiring.Experience in managing recruitment vendors is a strong advantage.Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
