Job PurposeLead the electromechanical technician team to ensure efficient vehicle repairs and maintenance while maintaining quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.Responsibilities:Supervise and coach the electromechanical technician teamDiagnose and identify vehicle malfunctions and technical faultsEnsure correct spare parts are requested and used for repairsMonitor workflow and job order completion for efficiency and fairnessCrosstrain team members to cover different roles when neededEnsure vehicle internal and external condition is preserved during repairsMaintain workshop cleanliness, equipment, and overall appearanceSchedule preventive maintenance for workshop tools and equipmentEnsure compliance with warranty policies and company proceduresAddress non-compliance with instructions or policies among staffIdentify and eliminate inefficient practices to save time, resources, and spaceRequirementsBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent3-5 years of experience in a reputable automotive dealership or workshopStrong technical knowledge of vehicle electromechanical systemsUnderstanding of maintenance, repair processes, parts, and accessoriesKnowledge of automotive engineering and modern technologies
