Every product/project reflects our commitment to local identity, design innovation, and meaningful human experiences.About the RoleREPLI.CAIRO is seeking a Sensory Art Designer to develop immersive and memorable spatial experiences across hospitality, residential, retail, exhibition, and cultural projects.This role combines concept creation, storytelling, material research, environmental graphics, lighting design, sensory branding, and experiential design. The ideal candidate understands how people experience spaces through sight, touch, sound, scent, and emotion, and can translate ideas into complete sensory environments that strengthen brand identity and user engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesConcept Development & StorytellingDevelop project concepts, narratives, and thematic directions.Conduct cultural, artistic, historical, and trend research.Create mood boards, concept presentations, and storytelling frameworks.Define the emotional journey and sensory identity of each project.Sensory Experience DesignCurate materials, textures, colors, lighting, scent, music, and sensory touchpoints.Design immersive user experiences and guest journeys.Ensure consistency across visual, tactile, auditory, and olfactory elements.Art Direction & Environmental GraphicsDevelop visual concepts and creative directions for projects.Create signage systems, environmental graphics, and wayfinding concepts.Coordinate artwork, installations, styling, and decorative elements.Assist in maintaining consistency across all creative deliverables.Graphic Design & Brand IntegrationDesign presentations, publications, marketing materials, and experiential graphics.Create visual storytelling assets and branded experiences.Maintain consistency between brand identity and physical environments.Materials & ResearchResearch innovative materials, finishes, lighting systems, and experiential technologies.Evaluate suppliers, artists, manufacturers, and specialty vendors.Build and maintain material and sensory research libraries.Project CoordinationCollaborate with architects, interior designers, FF&E specialists, graphic designers, artists, and production teams.Coordinate sensory execution from concept development through installation.Review mockups, prototypes, samples, and final installations.Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Experience Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in experiential design, hospitality design, branding, exhibitions, retail, interior design, or cultural projects.Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, and visual communication skills.Strong understanding of materials, lighting, graphics, branding, and user experience.Professional written and spoken English.SoftwareAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)FigmaMicrosoft OfficeChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and AI creative toolsRevit, Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3dsmax BenefitsSocial InsuranceProfessional development opportunitiesExposure to multidisciplinary design, furniture, branding, and experiential projectsCareer growth within a rapidly growing design and manufacturing companyApplicationPlease send your CV and portfolio to replicairo@gmail.com with the subject:Sensory Art Designer [Your Name]
