Job Description:We are looking for a proactive and analytical SEO, ASO & Growth Lifecycle Support Specialist to enhance our digital visibility across search engines and app stores while supporting customer lifecycle marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving organic traffic, app discoverability, user acquisition, and retention through data-driven optimization and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search performance.Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure.Collaborate with Content and Product teams to improve search rankings and overall website authority.Manage App Store Optimization (ASO) for Google Play and the Apple App Store, including app titles, descriptions, keywords, screenshots, and other conversion-focused assets.Monitor app store performance, keyword rankings, download conversion rates, ratings, and user reviews to improve organic app growth.Optimize local search presence through Geo-SEO strategies to strengthen brand visibility in location-based searches.Support lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging channels.Assist in audience segmentation and automated customer journey workflows based on user behavior and lifecycle stages.Analyze user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion data to identify optimization opportunities.Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Content, and Analytics teams to align organic growth initiatives with business objectives.Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve SEO, ASO, and lifecycle marketing performance. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in SEO and App Store Optimization (ASO).Strong understanding of search engine ranking factors, keyword research, and technical SEO fundamentals.Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
