Service Account Manager – MEAWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Service Account Manager – Middle East & Africa (MEA) to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and leadership capabilities who can drive service excellence and support business growth across the region.Key Responsibilities:Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and service requests, ensuring timely and effective solutions.Participate in regional projects and lead assigned workstreams to support business objectives.Analyze recurring issues, identify root causes, and recommend preventive and continuous improvement initiatives.Translate business and customer requirements into clear technical and functional specifications.Coordinate and oversee contractors and service providers, ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service performance and customer satisfaction.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service organization to optimize operational efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in service sales, technical service, or after-sales support, with leadership responsibilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region is an advantage.
