Key Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.Listen actively to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.Explain recommended services, repairs, timelines, and costs clearly.Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding service progress and any additional work required.Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.Open, manage, and close work orders accurately in the system.Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and timely completion of work.Schedule service appointments efficiently to optimize workshop capacity.Monitor job progress and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, maintenance packages, or products.Educate customers on preventive maintenance and service plans.Achieve individual and team revenue targets where applicable.Ensure all service documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies.Prepare and explain invoices to customers, ensuring transparency and accuracy.Maintain customer records and service history.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering,2–5 years of experience in an automotive service environment, preferably as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role.Strong customer service and communication skillsBasic technical knowledge of automotive systemsSales and negotiation skillsProblem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasksProficiency in service management software and MS Office
