Generate and receive client inquiries, including:Service callsSupplies (contract & non-contract – non rule-based)Spares (non rule-based)Labor services (non rule-based)Follow up with clients, internal teams, and administrative stakeholders via calls, emails, and messages.Handle service documentation, including:ReportsQuotations / OffersPurchase OrdersBilling documentsParticipate in planning with Service and Operations teams regarding field requirements and feedback.Support forecasting of required technical modifications.Coordinate service-related projects and ensure smooth execution. Strong coordination and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.Good documentation and reporting skills.Experience in service coordination or operations is a plus.
