As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy.Job SummaryThe Service Director II will oversee specific geographic area and work with clients to help facilitate business needs and requests for their customer base. This position will recruit and hire prospective employees, manage field personnel, meet financial and sales targets, negotiate contracts, and establish and meet productivity metrics.The Role is open in EMIP countries (Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, or Pakistan)Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage workflow and quality of work performed by Service Managers with consultation from the Region General ManagerManage sales and financial responsibilities including inventory analysis, accounts receivable, invoice review, and operating plan targetsEstablish and manage key performance indicators to ensure business objectives are metNegotiate service agreements with client in accordance with the DOAPartner with Resource Managers to manage workforce utilizationEnsure continuous client contact to assess long-term staffing needsContribute to strategic planning activitiesDrive escalation and ensure resolution of key operational issues.Create, anticipate and adapt solutions to execute business objectives based upon organizational strategiesMaintain customer relationship partnership, alignment, and credibilityIdentify and develop internal and external strategic partners and opportunitiesCollaborate with functional leadership teams to ensure alignment of objectivesProvide direction and leadership to the team ensuring a common vision and purpose to effectively fulfill projectsAsses company strengths and weaknesses relative to the service line needs in order to determine business opportunities for growth and expansionLead the business service line to deliver gross sales commitments, exceed margin goals and exceed customer quality and overall value expectationsManage progress against plan to continuously assess commercial potential, making adjustments as necessary in order to assure optimal profitabilityEstablish strategic priorities for service line and implement plans for sustainable Service line growthConsiderable travel requiredAbility and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignmentsManage and develop employeesYou may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.Required Qualifications & Experience12+ years of senior leadership experience in the service line or other related equipment7+ years managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types6+ years of specialized/industry experienceExperience in reviewing contractual documents for accuracy, adherence to agreements, and compliance with laws and regulationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field requiredMaster’s degree preferredEnergy, construction, engineering or related experience desirableEnglish proficiency requiredDesired CharacteristicsAbility to form, lead, motivate, and direct a strong and effective teamStrong interpersonal and communication skills across various levels of internal and external partiesStrong presentation skillsAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of commercial and supplier contract terms and conditionsProficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointFieldCore is an equal employment opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, protected veteran status, status as a qualified individual with a disability, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, ancestry, genetic information, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law
