Lead the training activities of technical training, soft skills trainings and sales trainings for service technicians and authorized service providersParticipate in project teams for new product development, contributing to define needs for product services in the field. Monitor the products performance in the field and interact with the factories’ quality teams, R&D, and customer service teams, providing feedback to different areas to solve non-compliance issues and contribute to continuous improvement. Participate in the product's technical documentation structure, training, technical support services and related processes. Create and recommend processes and procedures to audit job orders issued by service providers, and eliminating vulnerability to fraud 2–5 years of experience in service engineering, technical support, quality, or after-sales operations.Experience in home appliances or consumer electronics is preferred.Technical SkillsStrong understanding of electromechanical systems and component behavior.Hands-on experience with failure analysis, troubleshooting, and diagnostic tools.Familiarity with quality methodologies (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, PDCA).Knowledge of safety, compliance, and regulatory standards applicable to consumer products.Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.
