Duties and Responsibilities:o Complete or partial disassembly and reassembly of centrifugal pumps (single- and multistage), valves andother rotating equipmento Perform component part evaluation of the disassembled componentso Measure shaft run-out and all other relevant measurements of the component parts by using micrometers,bore gauges, veneer calipers, dial indicators and otherso Removal of components from the customer site and installation of components into the customer siteo Alignment of the electric motor using dial gauges or laser alignment deviceo Initial commissioning of pumps sets at the customer siteo New installation of new pump sets at the customer siteo Troubleshooting at the customer siteo Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) at the customer siteo Preparation of service reports and time sheetso Applying the company guidelines, rules and policies regarding health & safety, attendance, punctuality,etc…
