The role will be responsible for handling shipping administration, maintaining shipment records, updating systems, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate processing of shipping transactions.The successful candidate will work closely with the Shipping Team Leader and support the day-to-day coordination of shipments across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and manage shipping-related administrative activities across multiple countries.Maintain accurate shipment records, documentation, and tracking information.Update shipping data and transactions on internal systems and databases.Prepare and maintain Excel reports and trackers for shipment monitoring.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and shipping teams to ensure timely updates.Monitor shipment status and follow up on pending transactions.Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company processes.Assist in generating operational reports and performance metrics.Support the Shipping Team Leader with administrative and coordination tasks.What You’ll Need To Succeed A bachelor's degree is mandatory (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).Strong command of English, both written and spoken.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (an Excel assessment will be part of the hiring process).Previous administrative, logistics, operations, or data entry experience is a plus.Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle is an advantage, but not mandatory.Cairo residents only, with preference for candidates residing near Nasr City.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle large volumes of data and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and communication skills.What We Can Offer YouWith us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
