Shipping & Transportation· Assist in planning and scheduling shipments (local and international) for marble blocks and slabs.· Communicate with freight companies, transporters, and customs agents.· Track deliveries to ensure timely and safe arrival.· Prepare shipping instructions and follow up on delays or issues.Documentation & RecordsPrepare and verify logistics documents such as packing lists, delivery notes, invoices, and customs documentation.Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracyTracking and fixing shipping errorsEnsuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standard Excellent in English language & MS OfficeBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.Basic understanding of shipping, warehousing, or logistics operations.Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
