Proud of its legacy, Stone Corp continues to prioritize quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced shipping and logistics coordinator with strong knowledge of international shipping processes, documentation preparation, and client communication. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience preparing packing lists and commercial invoices, coordinating with brokers, and ensuring smooth shipment operations.Key Responsibilities1. Shipping & Transportation· Assist in planning and scheduling shipments (local and international) for marble blocks and slabs.· Communicate with freight companies, transporters, and customs agents.· Track deliveries to ensure timely and safe arrival.· Prepare shipping instructions and follow up on delays or issues.2. Documentation & Records· Prepare and verify logistics documents such as packing lists, delivery notes, invoices, and customs documentation.· Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.· Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy· Tracking and fixing shipping errors· Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standard· Communicate directly with clients regarding shipment status, documentation requirements, and delivery schedules.· Work closely with customs brokers to ensure compliance with import/export regulations.Required Skills & Qualifications· Excellent in English language & MS Office. 2-3 years of experience in similar role.· Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.· Basic understanding of shipping, warehousing, or logistics operations.· Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.· Good communication skills and ability to work in a team..
