Shipping Supervisor

Shipping Supervisor📍 Location: Agouza - CairoWe are hiring a shipping specialist / Supervisor to handle day-to-day export and import shipments from sales order to handover at airport/port, ensuring accurate documents, on-time dispatch, and smooth coordination with internal teams and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive sales orders and open shipment files.Request and compare freight quotations; support booking with selected forwarder.Coordinate with warehouse on goods readiness, packing, and quantities.Prepare and review shipping documents (invoice, packing list, COO, MSDS, AWB/BL).Coordinate with customs brokers, transporters, and shipping lines.Track shipments and resolve operational or documentation issues.Update internal teams with shipment status and any delays.Maintain complete shipment files and basic shipping reports.RequirementsQualifications2–5 years in shipping / logistics / export operations.Previous experience in a similar industrial, manufacturing, or export environment is highly preferred.Knowledge of export documentation and basic Incoterms.Experience dealing with forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and organization.Excellent English and solid MS Excel/Outlook skills.Interested candidates may apply here or send their CVs to:a.hamalawy@hashembrothers.com and mention Shipping Supervisor
