Key Responsibilities● Monitor employee attendance and departure at the site and maintain approved daily attendance records and calculate overtime hours and leave balances. ● Track absences, delays, and leaves, and prepare detailed monthly reports for management. ● Supervise workforce discipline on-site and report any violations of internal regulations immediately. ● Manage warehouse operations and inventory movement.● Receive and inspect incoming inventory items (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, supplies, and raw materials) and verify them against invoices. ● Record daily inventory transactions (issues and receipts) in stock cards and approved Excel files. ● Prepare issuance and receiving vouchers and ensure proper documentation with recipient signatures. ● Conduct periodic inventory counts (monthly and quarterly), reconcile physical stock with recorded balances, and submit discrepancy reports. ● Define re-order levels for critical items and notify management before stock depletion. ● Handle site petty cash and prepare weekly petty cash expense reports. ● Prepare daily cash movement reports. ● Organize and maintain invoices, receipts, and financial documents for easy reference. ● Coordinate with the head office regarding daily requirements and updates.● Follow up on periodic maintenance schedules for vehicles and equipment, including license and insurance renewals. ● Supervise camp building maintenance and ensure the availability of accommodation supplies. ● Prepare custody handover and receiving reports for employees and document them using official forms. ● Conduct periodic asset and custody inventory checks and follow up on asset recovery upon employee transfer or termination. ● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (preferably Accounting) or equivalent. ● 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably in accounting or warehouse accounting.● Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel (minimum intermediate level). ● Ability to reside full-time in Siwa for 23-day work periods (accommodation and meals provided by the company). Plus Points● Previous experience in the agricultural sector or remote site management.● Familiarity with ERP or stock management systems. ● Training courses in accounting or human resources are an advantage. ● Valid driving license.
