Reporting To: Resident Engineer Key Responsibilities:Review project documents related to architectural internal and external works.Conduct site inspections for architectural works to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.Review and approve technical submittals, including:Shop DrawingsMethod StatementsInspection and Test Plans (ITPs)Material SubmittalsSamples and Mock-upsInspection of Construction Works:External WorksAluminum and glazing systemsComposite wall panelsMetal-framed skylightsExterior stone claddingLouvers and shading systemsSignboards and illuminated façadesExternal painting worksInternal WorksMasonry worksPlastering worksWaterproofing and thermal insulationFalse ceilingsFlooring worksJoinery and wooden worksAluminum and PVC worksInternal painting worksLandscape WorksUnit paversFences and gatesTent structuresWater features and poolsLandmarks and signageSite furnitureArtificial turf installationAdditional DutiesEnsure that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve site issues and ensure timely project delivery. Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering is a must.Minimum 8+ years of working experience.Previous experience in a Consultancy firm is preferable.Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
