Site Engineer (Architecture or Civil)

* Supervise and monitor all architectural and finishing works at the construction site.* Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents before execution.* Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines (MEP, etc.).* Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.* Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship standards are met.* Monitor project progress and report any delays, risks, or technical issues.* Review and verify quantities and progress for subcontractor invoices.* Participate in project meetings and provide technical support when required.* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.* Assist in snagging, de-snagging, and project handover activities. * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.* Minimum 3 years of experience in construction and finishing projects.* Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing materials, and architectural detailing.* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.* Good understanding of quality control procedures and site management.* Excellent communication and coordination skills.* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
