Site Management duty for External Doors, Windows and Curtain Walls: 1.Strong sense of responsibility for the position; 2.Possess solid capabilities in on-site construction organization and management. 3.Familiar with the full-cycle procedures of project approval, inspection & acceptance and settlement documentation; 4.Familiar with the procurement and fabrication lead times of door & window materials as well as construction procedures; proficient in preparing material delivery schedules and site construction plans. 5.Capable to independently inspect the progress and interface conditions of civil and interior finishing working areas, and arrange the entry time of materials and construction personnel autonomously. 6.Capable of identifying quality defects during door, window and curtain wall installation, and guiding installation workers to implement effective rectification. 7.Familiar with the material characteristics of doors, windows and curtain walls. Capable of reasonably arranging manpower schedule and material supply progress according to on-site consumption demand. 8.Possess basic engineering survey knowledge and capable of guiding on-site layout and setting-out works for curtain walls, doors and windows. 9.Capable of formulating construction methodology based on site conditions, selecting appropriate construction machinery and tools, and coordinating with the general contractor to arrange feasible construction supporting measures. 10.Strong cost-control awareness. Experienced in preparing, applying for, tracking and approving on-site variation orders and site claims for extra-scope works, as well as supervising on-site implementation and final settlement. 11.Technical Approval & Document Management Verify construction drawings, node details and reserved opening dimensions for external doors, windows and curtain walls. Collect written confirmation of opening dimensions and construction schemes from architects and consultants. Manage material sample submission, including aluminium sections, glazing, hardware and accessories. Organize third-party performance tests (wind load, water tightness, air tightness) in accordance with project specifications and standards, and submit test reports for consultant approval. Update and archive all technical documents, compliance sheets, inspection records and approval certificates to ensure full traceability. 12. Production & Delivery Schedule Control Formulate overall production and delivery plans, and confirm the scheduled arrival date of profile frames, glazing units and door leaves. Track factory production progress and update on-site material status (delivered / pending). Strictly implement pre-order management. No formal production arrangement shall be conducted before the confirmation of opening dimensions, construction schemes and unit prices. Coordinate factory rework and solve quality abnormalities such as profile deviation and glazing defects to avoid on-site construction delay. 13. On-site Construction & Coordination Check the completion status of civil works including corridor floor and wall structure, and confirm valid working faces before installation. Coordinate cross construction with civil, MEP and decoration teams to avoid working conflicts. Conduct technical disclosure for installation teams on assembly, sealing, waterproofing and finished product protection. Manage on-site material storage, protection and inventory accounts to reduce damage and waste of profiles, glass and hardware. 14. Submission & Change Management Be responsible for all site submission procedures, including material inspection, sample approval and concealed work inspection. Resubmit and rectify documents promptly for disqualified comments from consultants. Follow up design changes and new items (e.g. new bathroom openings). Complete dimension re-measurement, scheme adjustment and written confirmation before updating production arrangements. Maintain daily communication with the Project Performance Department, architects and consultants to synchronize progress, risks and required confirmations. 15. Quality, Safety & Cost Control Carry out full-process quality inspection for factory prefabrication, material delivery and on-site installation to guarantee installation accuracy, sealing performance and door leaf operation quality. Supervise on-site construction safety, eliminate hidden dangers in hoisting, material stacking and field operation. Optimize material procurement quantity, control construction loss, and record abnormal waste for cost management. 16. Data Filing & Project Closing Establish standardized ledgers for opening confirmation, sample testing, material delivery, production schedule, design changes and inspection submission. Sort out complete as-built documents, cooperate with project final inspection and settlement, and close all pending technical and approval issues. Personal Protective Equipment Correctly wear qualified PPE such as hard hats, work uniforms, safety shoes, etc. For special tasks, additionally equip with safety goggles, earplugs, safety harnesses, etc. Safety Management Implement safety regulations, stop violations, identify site risks, and supervise corrective actions. 1.Drive License\Owned vehicle\ Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an advantage. 2.Living in October 6 city or Sheikh Zayed City also will be taken as consideration for convenience of transportation.3.Fluent Chinese communication is a highlight.4. Possess no less than 4 years of working experience in external finishing, internal finishing, metal/aluminium door and window subcontracting projects, with a track record of participating in 2 or more fully completed projects.
