Job PurposeManage the daily engineering execution for EV charger installations at the assigned project front. This includes preparing shop drawings, ensuring full compliance with designs, specifications, and timetables while maintaining high quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare shop drawings, AutoCAD distribution layouts, and map GPS coordinates for each charger location as-built.Prepare drawing packages for authority approval prior to execution, follow up on approval cycles within the deadlines, and integrate them into the schedule.Provide daily on-site supervision for EV charger installation, including complete mechanical and electrical assembly, connection, and grounding within the company scope.Ensure execution complies with design specifications and technical standards (IEC 61851/62196, CCS2, and IP/IK protection ratings).Inspect and accept site readiness from the civil contractor (bases, ducts, feeds, umbrellas) per the readiness template, ensuring no obstacles hinder execution.Track executed quantities daily, prepare batch readiness reports for installation, and coordinate with warehouses for delivery notes and returns.Prepare the site and equipment for quality testing with the client and owner representative, and support the commissioning phase.Document daily site logs including progress, labor, equipment, and constraints.Log, track, and close out snag lists on-site while strictly adhering to the site safety plan.Provide technical coordination with the owner and technical team (CMS/EMS integration and server connection). Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.3 to 5 years of experience in executing electrical/infrastructure projects. Experience in EV charging stations or electrical substations is highly preferred.Professional proficiency in AutoCAD and preparing Shop Drawings and As-Built drawings (Essential Requirement).Skills & CompetenciesAdvanced ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, grounding basics, and AutoCAD protection schemes.Subcontractor management, productivity tracking, and on-site quality and safety monitoring.Accuracy, commitment to deadlines, problem-solving, active communication, and technical documentation.Proven ability to work under pressure.Strict commitment to execution standards regarding quality of implementation and project timeline.Advanced level in English.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)First-time drawing approval rate and Shop Drawings/As-Built issuance turnaround time.Adherence to the location installation schedule and accuracy of executed quantities and returns.First-time compliance rate and closure of snag lists without any safety accidents.
