The job holder facilitates and streamlines work within the site, assists in inventorying materials used, prepares reports, identifies and presents problems encountered, and helps in developing solutions. Receive the site from the consultant or contractor and ensure its readiness for installation work to commence. • Receive supplies for the site and accurately track incoming and outgoing items from the site warehouse, in addition to following up on any returns. • Review the consumption of installation materials (such as putty, corners, screws, etc.), prepare inventory reports, and calculate consumption rates. • Receive engineering drawings, work on them using AutoCAD, and clarify the necessary details for the execution team. • Monitor the on-site installation work in terms of quality and speed, ensuring it is executed according to the required standards. • Monitor the project schedule and ensure that each stage of execution is completed on time. • Verify that the completed work matches the engineering drawings to ensure accuracy. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering work progress, any problems encountered, and proposed solutions. • Prepare a detailed monthly report outlining actual installations, presenting updated plans, tracking material consumption, and comparing actual work to the pre-project plan. • Manage and liaise with installation contractors, including processing payments, discounts, and outstanding dues.Supervise the treatment of the joints between the lengths of the cornices using the appropriate paste to ensure an invisible final appearance for the joints. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Proficiency, accuracy, and keen observation skills Proficient in computer applications, especially engineering software Fluent in English Present appearance Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
