Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Site Engineer at Levels Studio. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with 3–5 years of experience in fit-out and interior construction projects.As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with the project team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor fit-out works on-site to ensure smooth project execution.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve site issues.Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Assist in material planning, procurement coordination, and resource management.Review shop drawings and coordinate with the design team when required.Support project delivery by ensuring deadlines and project milestones are achieved.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in fit-out, interior design, or construction projects.Strong knowledge of site execution, materials, and construction details.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
