Site Engineer

Job Summary: The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from conception to completion while ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. This role involves managing the day-to-day activities on the construction site, liaising with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure projects are executed according to design specifications and project requirementsReview project drawings and specifications to ensure full understanding and compliance by the site teamMonitor construction progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholdersEnsure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the projectCommunicate effectively with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during constructionConduct regular site inspections to monitor the work being performed and ensure timely completion of tasksPrepare daily reports and documentation related to site activitiesAssist in managing the project budget by tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunitiesImplement and enforce site safety measures, ensuring all team members are aware of and adhere to safety protocolsHelp in the selection and management of subcontractors, ensuring their work meets quality standardsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field2+ years of experience in site engineering or construction managementStrong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codesExperience with project management software and toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teamsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailProficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred
