Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.As a Site Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Construction Supervision Lead, you will lead site supervision activities, ensuring I&C installations are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with technical, quality, and regulatory requirements while supporting the customer and leading a multidisciplinary team.Duties And ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the I&C construction supervision team. Oversee I&C installation, construction, and testing activities. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, technical, and regulatory requirements. Support and interface with the customer and key stakeholders.Monitor project progress and report on performance.Review technical documentation, procedures, and contractor deliverables.Manage resources and support multidisciplinary collaboration.Ensure adherence to project execution plans and quality standards.Experience And QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Engineering. 10+ years of nuclear power plant construction supervision experience. Strong knowledge of nuclear electrical and I&C codes and standards. Proven experience leading multicultural teams. Strong construction oversight and technical review skills. Excellent English communication and report-writing skills. Demonstrated expertise in I&C systems and construction practices.Special Job RequirementsStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of nuclear industry standards and regulations. Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams. Fluent English; Russian is an advantage.
