Role OverviewProvide quality logistical support and liaison with rotational staff in area of responsibility which will lead to professional and efficient service delivery to the client.Key ResponsibilitiesRoster & Workforce PlanningDevelop and maintain staff rotation schedules in advanceEnsure alignment with company policies and operational needsCommunicate and update any roster changes with staffTravel & Visa CoordinationArrange visas, work permits, and required documentationCoordinate flights, accommodation, and ground transportEnsure travel plans are confirmed and shared ahead of deploymentClient & Staff LiaisonServe as the main contact for site staff and clientsCommunicate deployment details, arrivals, and updatesResolve logistical queries and escalate issues when neededPayroll & Timesheet ManagementCollect and review timesheets for accuracy and complianceSupport payroll reporting and expense processingMaintain proper records for billing and audit purposesRecruitment & Staff Lifecycle SupportCoordinate recruitment for replacements and ongoing needsSupport onboarding, mobilization, and induction processesManage resignations and demobilization activitiesAdministration & Data ManagementMaintain accurate staff records and documentationUpdate internal systems (e.g., Oryx) with staff detailsEnsure all compliance documents are valid and up to dateCustomer Service & ComplianceDeliver high-quality service to clients and staffPromote teamwork and positive working relationshipsEnsure adherence to company policies, procedures, and HSE standardsSkills, Experience & RequirementsStrong knowledge of medical services operations and logistics.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.Ability to lead and manage teams effectively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.High level of customer‑service orientation with strong administrative skills.Proficiency in PC tools (Word, Excel) and internal platforms such as ORYX and Kronos.Experience in operational logistics or people‑movement coordination (preferred).Background in Oil & Gas or remote site operations is an advantage.Demonstrated customer service experience.University degree in a relevant field (preferred).Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.Minimal travel may be required.Why Join Us!Join a dynamic, mission‑driven organization where your work directly supports safety and operational excellence across the region.
