The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, understands audience targeting, and can maximize ROI while managing advertising budgets effectively.ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and other channels.Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spending.Create media buying strategies aligned with marketing goals.Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to develop high-performing creatives.Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.Stay updated with platform policies, algorithm updates, and industry trends.Track and analyze customer journey and campaign attribution.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Digital Marketing Specialist.Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools.Experience with performance marketing and conversion optimization.Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong understanding of audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms is a plus.Preferred SkillsCreative thinking and problem-solving abilities.High attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns is preferred.
