Now we are looking for a dedicated Community Manager to help us turn traffic into trust, engagement, loyalty, and business growth.Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and culturally aware Community Manager who understands Muslim users, loves Islamic culture, and knows how to build meaningful engagement across digital communities.This role is not only about posting content. It is about maintaining relationships, activating users, improving brand reputation, listening to the community, and helping iQibla grow through authentic communication.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow iQibla’s online communities across the App, Facebook, LinkedIn, IG, TikTok and other social media platforms.Create engaging posts, comments, replies, and community discussions related to Muslim lifestyle, Islamic culture, prayer, Tasbih, Quran, Ramadan, Hajj, Umrah, and smart faith-tech products.Increase user activity, interaction, and trust within the iQibla App community.Respond to user comments, feedback, questions, and messages in a warm, respectful, and professional way.Help improve brand reputation and word-of-mouth among Muslim users worldwide.Support marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and community events.Collect user feedback and share insights with the product, marketing, and sales teams.Identify potential influencers, community partners, and loyal users and assist in influencer marketing campaigns.Help convert community engagement into business results, including product awareness, sales leads, and user retention.Monitor community sentiment and report key trends, issues, and opportunities.What We OfferRemote work opportunity.A meaningful role serving Muslim users around the world.Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing Muslim tech brand.Direct involvement in App community, social media, product feedback, and global market growth.Flexible cooperation model based on experience and capability.
