Develop and implement the social media strategy aligned with business goals.Create monthly and quarterly content plans based on events and promotions.Define target audience and content direction for each outlet.Plan campaigns for seasonal events and special occasions (Ramadan, New Year, themed nights).Analyze trends and competitors to improve strategy.Suggest new ideas to increase engagement and reservations.Set clear KPIs and objectives for social media performance.Create and manage monthly content calendars.Coordinate photo and video shoots for food, drinks, events, and venue ambiance.Write engaging captions that reflect the brand tone.Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms.Cover events and special nights when needed.Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts.Schedule and publish posts, reels, and stories.Monitor messages and comments and ensure fast responses.Coordinate with the reservation team to convert inquiries into bookings.Promote events, DJs, live shows, and special nights.Highlight menu items and signature drinks.Support new launches and announcements.Collaborate with influencers and partners.Manage boosting and basic advertising campaigns.Monitor competitors and market trends, Analyze results and adjust strategy accordingly. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.Proven experience  as a Social Media Manager in the field of Nightlife industry or Luxury dining is a Must.Experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining restaurants, nightlife venues, or destination entertainment concepts is a Must .Experience collaborating with influencers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.Experience covering live events and producing real-time social media content.Ability to promote events ,DJS, live entertainment , seasonal campaigns, and special promotions.Ability to multitask across four restaurant brands while maintaining each venues unique identity.Good understanding of SEO, hashtags, influencer marketing, and social media algorithms.
