The organization operates a bookstore in Egypt and the UAE and is preparing to launch a mobile app in 2025. Founded in 2022, Read to Lead is a fast-growing, impact-driven company focused on accessible, high-quality learning resources.Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. The intern will support daily social media operations, including planning and scheduling posts, drafting captions, and adapting content for multiple platforms. Responsibilities include assisting with social media campaigns, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and gathering user feedback. The intern will help research trends, competitors, and audience preferences, and contribute ideas for new content formats and community initiatives. The role also involves tracking basic performance metrics, preparing simple reports, and collaborating with the marketing and content teams to maintain a consistent brand voice in Arabic and English.Qualifications Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.Experience or demonstrated ability in Social Media Content Creation, including writing captions and adapting content for different platforms.Basic understanding of Marketing principles and audience engagement strategies.Clear, professional Communication skills in Arabic and good command of English.Familiarity with major platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook) and their best practices.Ability to work on-site in Giza, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.Comfort with using simple design or scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, social media schedulers) is an advantage.Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.Genuine interest in books, learning, and supporting professionals across the MENA region.
