Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling engaging social media content, managing pages and communities, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on analytics. The role involves collaborating with design, content, and account teams to align social media campaigns with broader marketing objectives and brand guidelines. The specialist will also stay current with platform updates and trends, conduct competitor and audience research, and contribute to campaign reports and recommendations that support client growth and visibility.QualificationsStrong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute platform-specific campaigns.Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, including writing captions, briefing creatives, and adapting content for different channels.Solid foundation in Marketing principles and strategy, with an understanding of branding and audience segmentation.Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting ideas and performance insights.Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar) is beneficial.Ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Previous agency experience or work with diverse brands and industries is an advantage.
