Your goal is to manage all social media interactions and convert inquiries (comments and messages) into high-quality leads or sales. You will act as a Pre-sales Specialist, guiding potential customers through their journey before handing them over to the sales team.Core ResponsibilitiesActive Engagement: Respond to all comments and direct messages on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp immediately and professionally. Lead Generation (Pre-sales): Identify potential customers' needs and persuade them by highlighting product/service benefits. Data Collection: Collect and organize customer information (Names, Phone numbers, Interests) to build a solid database for the sales team. Crisis Management: Handle negative comments or complaints with tact and speed to maintain a positive brand image. Insight Reporting: Report common customer questions and feedback to the marketing team to help improve future campaigns. RequirementsExperience: * Minimum 6 months of experience in Social Media Moderation, Customer Service, or Sales. Mandatory: Prior experience working with the Business Chat system (Meta Business Suite / unified inbox management). Communication: Exceptional writing skills with zero spelling or grammatical errors (Arabic & English). Persuasion: A "Sales Mindset" with the ability to handle objections and convince customers through chat.
