Role SummaryIn this position, the Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing thebrand’s social media presence and supporting the execution of engaging digitalcontent that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning. The role involves contentplanning, creative coordination, community management, and performancemonitoring across key platforms. The Social Media Specialist works closely withinternal teams and external partners to ensure consistent storytelling, strongaudience engagement, and continuous growth of the brand’s digital presence.Main Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To) Strategy & Planning Support the development and execution of the social media strategy aligned with brand and campaign objectives. Manage and maintain the social content calendar across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Contribute to the development of a TikTok-first content approach to engage younger luxury audiences while highlighting craftsmanship, behind-the-scenes moments, styling, and storytelling. Identify opportunities for audience growth, engagement, and digital innovation. Content Direction & Creation Contribute to creative ideation for social-first content aligned with the brand’s luxury identity. Collaborate with internal teams, photographers, videographers, stylists, and agencies to produce high-quality visual and video content. Write engaging and brand-name aligned copy that balances storytelling with product communication. Ensure consistency in visual identity, tone of voice, and brand messaging across all social platforms. Community Management & Brand Presence Manage day-to-day community engagement, ensuring timely and professional responses. Support relationship building with followers, tastemakers, and brand advocates. Monitor conversations and sentiment around the brand and the luxury jewellery industry. Performance Monitoring & Insights Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports. Translate insights into recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and content effectiveness. Monitor competitor activity and emerging social trends within the luxury and lifestyle space. Influencer & Partnership Coordination Support influencer and creator collaborations by preparing briefs aligned with brand tone, visual standards, and messaging. Assist in reviewing and coordinating influencer content approvals to ensure alignment with brand positioning.Key Requirements Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends. Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities. Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools. Strong copywriting and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with creative teams and external partners. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Education & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
