Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our company's digital presence. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, running paid campaigns, creating engaging visual content, and supporting updates to the company website.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).Plan and publish engaging social media content.Create and edit Reels and short videos.Design and edit images and visual content for posts.Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.Monitor analytics and improve performance.Support basic updates and edits to the company website.Maintain consistent company branding across all platforms. Requirements:1-3 years of experience in Social Media Management.Experience in running paid campaigns on social platforms.Ability to create and edit Reels and short-form videos.Basic graphic design and photo editing skills.Experience with website content updates (WordPress or similar).Very Good English communication skills.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.Preferred Skills:Experience with LinkedIn marketing.Knowledge of SEO basics.Experience working with industrial or B2B companies is a plus.
