What We’re Looking For:• 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency• Experience handling multiple accounts across different industries• Strong understanding of content strategy, branding, and social media trends• Ability to create monthly content calendars and campaign ideas• Excellent copywriting skills in English & Arabic• Experience in client communication and account handling• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and analytics• Basic knowledge of paid media and boosting is a plus• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and meet deadlines Key Responsibilities:• Manage and oversee social media accounts for agency clients• Develop creative content strategies tailored to each brand• Coordinate with designers, media buyers, and account managers• Prepare content briefs, captions, and posting schedules• Monitor performance, engagement, and campaign effectiveness• Stay updated with digital trends, competitor activities, and platform updates• Attend brainstorming sessions and contribute creative campaign ideas
