Job Description:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage our day-to-day social media presence, drive audience engagement, and optimize content performance across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing social media strategies, managing online communities, and analyzing performance to support business growth and strengthen brand awareness.Key Responsibilities:Manage the company's social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.Schedule, publish, and monitor social media content according to the content calendar.Create and adapt engaging, platform-specific captions and ensure content aligns with the brand's tone of voice.Cover live events, publish stories, and support real-time social media updates.Monitor comments, messages, and customer inquiries, responding professionally and in a timely manner.Build and maintain strong community engagement while escalating customer feedback and common inquiries to the relevant teams.Track and analyze social media performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, watch time, shares, saves, and follower growth.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.Identify content trends and optimize future content strategies based on performance data.Collaborate closely with the Content, Design, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure consistent and effective campaign execution.Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels and ensure high-quality publishing standards. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.Experience using social media management and analytics tools.Excellent copywriting and communication skills.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and generate insights.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Creative, proactive, and up to date with the latest social media trends and digital marketing practices.
