The Software Delivery Manager will oversee the successful delivery of software projects, ensuring that they meet client expectations and project objectives. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, allocating resources, and maintaining alignment with organizational goals. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strategic planning, and efficient communication to ensure timely and quality delivery of software solutions.QualificationsMust be Alexandria resident or open to re-allocateStrong analytical skills to evaluate project challenges and develop solutionsStrong hands-on knowledge in .NET architecture, design patterns and microservices.Experience in program management to plan, execute, and deliver software projectsEffective team management skills to lead cross-functional teams and manage resourcesExcellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular updatesBackground in consulting to understand client needs and offer tailored solutionsProficiency in project management tools and methodologiesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in healthcare or software industries is an advantage
