Software Testing Manager

We are hiring Software Testing Manager who will help us in improving the overall testing practices of the organization to achieve better outcomes for our customers.Responsibilities:Drive manual and automated test planning & strategy and implement QC standardsAssist the development team in implementing and executing manual/automated tests based on the agreed-upon acceptance criteriaLead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suitesDefect analysis and logging defects and feature improvements into our tracking system and seeing each one through to completionResponsible to ensure that any areas not covered by automated tests are validated via alternate mechanismsDocumenting, escalating, and help mitigate areas of high-risk for mission-critical systemsActive Participation in determining acceptance criteria of new features as well as changesDetermine appropriate test & deployment strategy for changes, including new features and architecture changesStrong adherent to agile principles and practicesUnderstands the importance of data insofar as to analyze reported issues, inform severity and impact of defects, understand edge cases, and inform the priority of testsWrite and supervise the technical product testing plan with clear timingRequirements:Minimum 7 years of experience with at least 3 years proven experience as a team leader or supervisorBC.S in Computer Science or a related disciplineCertified ISTQB and Software test automation knowledge is a mustAdvanced knowledge of SDLC, SQL, IIS and TFS Advanced knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices, LeadershipExcellent Communication and leadership skillsWork Location: Smart village, 6th of October, Giza.Powered by JazzHRLRXy7abBrL
