Adapt training methods to different learner needs and skill level 2. Design and deliver training programs aligned with learning objectives3. Facilitate learner engagement and interactive training sessions4. Assess learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback5. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content6. Deliver testing training for neuro-diverse candidatesTechnical Skills & Areas of Expertise:· The instructor must be able to deliver high-quality instruction in the following areas:· Testing Types: Functional vs. Non-functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and UAT.· Methodologies: Waterfall, V-Model, Agile/Scrum· Test and Design Black-box (Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis), White-box, and Experience-based testing.
