Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Solution Consultant for one of our partners, a global leader in Information Technology Services & Consulting!About:A Solution Consultant is a high-level technical role focused on designing, implementing, and supporting complex network and IT infrastructure solutions for corporate clients. The role requires significant experience in a customer-facing environment. Responsibilities:Technical Design & Implementation: Designing and implementing complex network solutions, including LAN, SDWAN and WAN projects, MPLS links, and point-to-point leased lines. Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Acting as a subject matter expert for L2/L3 data tickets, managing major incidents, and troubleshooting network infrastructure. Customer Facing Role: Working directly with clients as a technical point of contact to provide tailored solutions and high-impact support. Infrastructure Management: Managing Cisco Data Center environments (Nexus Series Switches 2k-9k) and Cisco DNA/ISE. Project Documentation: Creating detailed technical reports, including root cause analysis (RCA), and documenting network improvements.
