Rixos Premium Seagate offers stylish rooms and suites with direct access to the private beach, and state-of-the-art conference and banquet venues.A beautiful beach, delicious food with top-quality service restaurants with luxurious buffets, pools, Rixy Club exclusively for children and live entertainment all await your ultimate holiday experience.Rixos Premium Seagate is located 18 km from Naama Bay, 25 km from the old market of Sharm El-Sheikh and 9 km from Sharm El-Sheikh .Job DescriptionSet up, operate, and maintain all audio, lighting, and visual equipment across resort outlets (theatre, beach, pool, lounges, and event venues) for daily activities, evening shows, and special events.Collaborate closely with the Entertainment Team to deliver seamless shows, performances, and guest experiences for themed nights, gala dinners, and large-scale productions.Conduct sound checks and lighting tests prior to all events to ensure optimal performance quality.Provide technical support for DJs, live performers, and external entertainers as required.Adjust lighting effects and sound levels in real-time based on show flow, audience engagement, and management direction.Coordinate with DJs, animators, performers, and event hosts to ensure smooth execution of entertainment programs.Follow safety standards and operational procedures when handling technical equipment.Respond to guest music or technical requests when appropriate and aligned with resort policies.Work closely with the Entertainment Manager in planning and executing events and technical requirements.QualificationsPresentable, professional, and guest-oriented personality with a passion for delivering exceptional experiencesStrong technical understanding of audio, lighting, and AV systems (mixers, speakers, lighting consoles, microphones, etc.)Excellent attention to detail with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsProficient in basic computer systems; knowledge of sound/lighting software is an advantageAbility to handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently and professionallyGood organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced entertainment environmentPositive attitude with high responsibility, reliability, and adaptabilityAbility to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidaysFluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
