The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being by attracting top talent that aligns with our values and organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor sourcing strategies aligned with business objectivesIdentify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performanceNegotiate contracts and manage supplier agreements to optimize terms and conditionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Production, and Finance to align sourcing activities with company requirementsLead risk management initiatives and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and company policiesAnalyze market trends and supplier capabilities to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the sourcing processPrepare and present sourcing performance and cost-saving reports to senior managementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fieldMinimum 10 years of progressive experience in sourcing and vendor developmentStrong experience in raw materials and packaging sourcing. Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract development skillsAbility to analyze market trends and supplier performance to make strategic sourcing decisionsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsProficiency in procurement software and MS Office applicationsFluency in English is required
