As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all guests visiting the spa. Your role also involves coordinating with therapists and maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the reception area. As a Spa Receptionist, you’re not just providing administrative support to ensure seamless spa operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.ResponsibilitiesHere’s what you’ll do during a typical day:Welcome and assist guests: Greet all guests entering the spa/salon and assist with check-in and registration proceduresSupport guest scheduling: Answer phones and emails, manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and relay information to appropriate team members as neededProvide administrative support: Perform office duties such as data entry, filing, processing mail, taking notes, typing correspondence, and assisting spa managers with general administrative tasksProblem Solving & Guest Relations: Addresses guest concerns or complaints promptly, offering solutions to ensure a positive and satisfying spa experience.Spa Ambiance & Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean, organized, and tranquil spa reception area reflects the hotel’s high standards and ensures guest comfort. Ensures that spa brochures, promotional materials, and amenities are readily available and in pristine condition.Promotions & Upselling: Promotes spa treatments, packages, and retail products and upselling services to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
