The company supports institutions, independent tutors, and learners.Role Description The Spanish Tutor will deliver live, interactive Spanish lessons through YouLearnt’s virtual classroom platform in a remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and organizing lesson content, conducting one-on-one or group tutoring sessions, and adapting teaching methods to different proficiency levels and learning styles. The tutor will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and create or share supplemental materials such as exercises, quizzes, and conversation activities. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with learners and, when applicable, institutions, while ensuring a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Spanish Teaching and Tutoring, with the ability to design and deliver structured lessons.Candidates should possess fluent Spanish-speaking skills and clear, professional Communication abilities.Candidates should possess an Education-focused background, such as experience in language instruction, curriculum development, or educational support.Experience teaching Spanish online or in virtual classroom environments is beneficial.Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and use digital tools and learning platforms effectively.Formal qualifications in Spanish, Education, Linguistics, or related fields are a plus.Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching and respectful interaction with learners from diverse backgrounds.
