The role involves proactively identifying and visiting potential and existing customers, presenting spare parts solutions, and following up on inquiries to close sales. The representative will handle order processing, coordinate with internal teams on availability, support basic inventory-related checks, and ensure accurate documentation of quotations and sales activities. Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, responding promptly to customer needs, and working toward sales targets while upholding company quality and service standards. The role also includes preparing regular sales reports, gathering market feedback, and suggesting improvements to products or services based on customer insights.QualificationsCustomer-facing skills: ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction through professional Customer Service and relationship management.Sales-focused skills: proven Sales experience in auto spare parts or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Operational skills: basic understanding of Inventory Control principles and coordination with warehouses or logistics teams.Communication skills: strong Communication abilities for presenting products, negotiating terms, and handling customer concerns clearly and respectfully.Additional qualifications: valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct field visits as needed; familiarity with automotive spare parts is strongly preferred.Technical and organizational skills: ability to use CRM or sales tracking tools, basic MS Office proficiency, and strong time-management skills.Education: diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.Personal attributes: self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
