Specialist (IPC)

Job Description:Develop & execute in-process control (IPC) strategies to safeguard process capability and compliance.Conduct internal audits and cross-functional assessments to identify process gaps.Enforce corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) across production and support functions.Design and maintain control plans for critical manufacturing processes.Oversee real-time monitoring to detect process deviations.Lead root-cause investigations for quality issues or non-conformances.Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, scrap reduction, etc.).Embed quality, safety, and data-driven practices into daily operations.Pursue any other activities within the job scope assigned by his direct manager or organization management.SkillsJob Requirement:Audit planning and execution for internal processesInspection checklist development and control plan creation based on critical-to-quality parametersIn-process inspection and audit techniquesStatistical process control fundamentalsExperience with the implementation and follow-up of corrective action programsWorking knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
